I notice the latest 1Password beta cleared up a lot of the issue I had with 1Password on Lion. Although it would be nice to have a 2-user/2-platform bundle count option as well. I had assumed a per machine/per platform pricing model.

Well then I stand corrected, this is more than reasonable. There are more questions than there are answers and we can’t really say anything if it is not ready for production yet. In case anybody wonders about the iCloud sync, it is one features that we really want to support but we can’t say anything until Apple releases it first. Once again, each family member can use the same license on all of computers (depending on the platform). In other words, if a person has 10 Macs under his control and he is the only 1Password user on all of them, he only needs one single user license of 1Password for Mac.įor the family license, it includes up to 5 separate human users in the same household. For those wondering about the per-user/per-platform licensing, we do not count toward computers, accounts or installs, only users and platforms (Mac and Windows).
